With the increase loan limits, borrowers can take advantage the of low FHA mortgage rates.  FHA is also more flexible in thier guidelines and also offers some advantages over conventioanl loans.  Please contact me so I can share with you the advantages of FHA or you can e-mail me at dkeslar@ftmc.net.
